If you are unhappy with your order and you wish to return any items, you must notify us within 14 days of recieving your purchase via email at: sarah@personaltouch.info, detailing your wish to return your item.
You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods, unless we have advised otherwise, for example in the case of faulty goods. Once we recieve the returned item, we will send you a replacement or offer an exchange to goods of a similar value free of charge.
