Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We shall use our reasonable best endeavours to deliver the goods to you within 5-7 working days (UK & Europe). These shipping dates are an approximation and some orders will experience delays due to customs or slower postage systems. Depending on the size of the parcel, our preferred methods of delivery are either Royal Mail or DHL. 

 

In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost in the post, we must wait 6 weeks from the date of dispatch before we can arrange a redelivery or refund.

 

Undelivered Orders

You must inform us within 14 days from the date of dispatch if your order has not arrived at the delivery address. Outside this period, we cannot replace or refund any items on your order.

Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If you are unhappy with your order and you wish to return any items, you must notify us within this time frame via email at: sarah@personaltouch.info, detailing your wish to cancel your order. 

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods, unless we have advised otherwise, for example in the case of faulty goods. Once we recieve the returned goods, we will send you a replacement or offer an exchange for goods of a similar value free of charge. 

 

Postage/delivery charges are not refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage, as Fifty Degrees Clothing and Personal Touch Embroidery Co. Ltd cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.

Price and payment of goods

The price of the goods shall be the price at the date of acceptance by us of your order. Delivery charges shall be notified to you and shall be added to the price of the goods. Payment shall be made by you by credit card, debit card or by Paypal. Delivery shall only be made by us against cleared funds. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate where required.

 

Any customs or duty charges due on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, we cannot tell you what these costs would be and would therefore suggest you contact your local customs office for details of current charges before ordering.

 

Please note that all orders are printed or embroidered at our factory premises in Exeter, Devon, UK, and shipped from the same. We are happy to receive and ship any orders to an address outside of the UK, but please note that postage costs will be extra and would have to be confirmed once size and weight of parcel can be determined and country of destination.
